Section 127
Remuneration for the period of strike or lockout
: (1) Workers who go on strike contrary to prevailing laws shall not receive any remuneration for such period of strike.
(2) If the employer conducts a lockout in a way that is contrary to the law, the workers will receive full wages during that period.
(3) If there is any agreement regarding the remuneration in the collective agreement, it shall be in accordance with the same, otherwise, the workers shall receive half the remuneration during the strike or lockout period after completing the procedure of this Act.
(4) If a question arises whether any strike or lockout in the establishment is against the law or not, the department will make a decision within thirty-five days after making the necessary investigation.
